We've been there. Working on an assembly and there are a ton of documents open bogging down Solidworks. In order to clear the clutter you have to close each document individually. Not any more. Just run this macro and every document except the active document will be closed.

I'm constantly using the infinite length center lines in sketches and it's annoying to create them every sketch so I wrote this macro. Now I select the plane or face that I want to sketch on in my model and I press the hot key. A sketch is created with horizontal and vertical infinite length center lines.

Macro to create a drawing from an assembly. The first sheet of the drawing will have the isometric view of the assembly in the bottom left corner and the BOM in the top left corner. A sheet will be created for each individual component that was selected in the form that pops up with the isometric view in the bottom left corner. User must update paths to their formats before the macro will work properly. Enjoy.

Easily export DXFs/DWGs from faces of a part. Select single or multiple planar faces in a part and run the macro to automatically export. I assigned it to the hotkey "Ctrl + d". Now all I have to do is have the part open, select the face(s) I want to export and hit "Ctrl + d" and it saves it automatically. No more going through the DXF/DWG Output wizard. Exits cleanly for a variety of situations and error message pops up if it fails to export.

Macro to export STEP in both parts and assemblies. Exits cleanly if no part open or drawing open. Can be easily modified for IGES, Parasolids, ect. Link to a hotkey for fast exports.

I always found myself opening windows explorer and clicking 10 times to get to the directory of the open part. Now I have this macro that opens it for me already in the right directory. You can assign a hot key or button to make it extra convenient.
